Unicaja managed to add the first victory of the quarterfinal tie after beating Promitheas Patras by 67 to 54. The team, who displayed a brilliant game in the first half, in which they exceeded twenty in favor, were surprised by the anarchic Greek game in the last two quarters, managing to seal the victory and, with it, the first point of the tie.
